Welcome to SeasonDesk (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at seasondesk.com (the “Site”), our file delivery platform located at stateoutdoors.org (the “Download Platform”), and the purchase of any digital products made available through the Site (collectively, the “Products”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, downloading any Product from the Download Platform, or using any part of our services, you (“you,” “Customer,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site, the Download Platform, or purchase any Product.

1. About Our Products

SeasonDesk sells digital downloadable products, including but not limited to printable planners, templates, and digital graphic files (PNG, PDF). All Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to a download page hosted on our Download Platform where you can retrieve your files. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files promptly after purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before download access is granted. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Delivery is instant and electronic. Once payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page on our Download Platform and/or provided with download links. It is your responsibility to:

Download your files promptly after purchase.
Save and back up your files to your own device or cloud storage.
Ensure your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided (PDF, PNG, ZIP).

We are not responsible for download failures caused by your device, browser, internet connection, or third-party software.

5. Download Platform Disclaimer

Our Products are delivered through a third-party download platform located at stateoutdoors.org. By purchasing and downloading, you acknowledge and agree that:

Stateoutdoors.org operates as an independent file hosting and delivery platform. It is not affiliated with SeasonDesk as a payment processor, merchant of record, or legal entity. It functions solely as the technical delivery channel for the digital files you purchase.
All sales, payments, refunds, and customer service inquiries are handled by SeasonDesk at seasondesk.com, not by stateoutdoors.org.
Any issue arising from the download process — including broken links, file corruption, unavailable pages, or hosting errors — must be reported to SeasonDesk at info@stateoutdoors.org. Stateoutdoors.org is not responsible for resolving purchase-related or customer service matters.
Download links are provided for personal use only. You agree not to share, publish, embed, or redistribute these links in any form. We reserve the right to revoke access to any download link that we reasonably believe has been shared or misused.
Access to the Download Platform is provided “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of any download link. It is your responsibility to save your files to your own device immediately after purchase.
Stateoutdoors.org may update, modify, or restructure its hosting environment at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep download links functional, but we are not liable for temporary or permanent unavailability of hosted files beyond our control.
By downloading files from stateoutdoors.org, you agree to use them solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes as described in the License section of these Terms.

6. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase is complete, except where required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have reviewed the Product description, preview images, and file formats before purchase.
You understand that the Product is a digital download and cannot be “returned.”
You waive any right to a refund based on change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to read the Product description.
Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility with your device or software that was disclosed in the Product description.
Refunds will not be issued for download issues that could have been resolved by contacting us first.

If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive access to your files, please contact us at info@stateoutdoors.org within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate in good faith.

7. No Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Because delivery is instant and automatic, there is no window during which an order can be cancelled or reversed.

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us at info@stateoutdoors.org and we will review your case at our sole discretion. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and does not create a precedent.

8. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the Product. You may:

Print the planner pages for personal use.
Use the PNG graphics for personal projects such as t-shirts, mugs, cards, and stickers for yourself, family, or friends.
Store and back up the files on your own devices.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or gift the digital files to others.
Claim authorship or ownership of the designs.
Use the files in mass-produced commercial products without a separate commercial license.
Upload the files to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or public repositories.
Modify the files and sell them as your own.
Share download links from stateoutdoors.org with anyone who has not purchased the Product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, the Download Platform, and within the Products — including designs, text, graphics, logos, and file structures — is the intellectual property of SeasonDesk or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Digital File Access & Security

Download links are provided for your personal use. You agree not to share, publish, or distribute these links. We reserve the right to revoke access to any download link that we reasonably believe has been shared or misused.

We do not guarantee that download links will remain available indefinitely. It is your responsibility to save your files after purchase.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeasonDesk, its operators, and the operators of stateoutdoors.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, the Download Platform, or the Products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products and the Download Platform are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Products will meet your specific expectations.
Files will be error-free or compatible with every device.
The Download Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
Any download link will remain active indefinitely.

Preview images are for illustration purposes. Actual files may vary slightly in appearance based on your printer, screen, or software.

13. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Downloads are delivered through stateoutdoors.org. By purchasing, you also agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties beyond our reasonable control.

14. Privacy

15. Indemnification
